When you join or pay: name, email, phone number, codice fiscale (and VAT number if you pay as a business). You enter your card details directly with Stripe: we never see or store them.

When you email us or join the waiting list: your name, email and anything else you choose to tell us.

We don't sell or hand over your data. We only share it with those who help us run the service:

Stripe, for payments (an independent controller for card data) · our accountant and invoicing software, for e-invoices, which pass through the Italian Revenue Agency's exchange system (SdI) · Cloudflare, which hosts the website · our email provider and WhatsApp, to keep in touch with you · The ClHub, only where needed for the ARCI card · Anthropic, whose AI model (Claude) runs the level test and writes the report · Google, where we store test results and which sends the report emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States). Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica. Salviamo solo nel tuo browser la lingua che hai scelto (IT/EN), per mostrarti il sito nella lingua giusta: è un'impostazione tecnica e non richiede consenso.

Il sito carica i caratteri tipografici da Google Fonts e mostra una mappa di Google Maps: quando la pagina si apre, il tuo browser si collega ai server di Google, che riceve il tuo indirizzo IP. Il pagamento avviene sulla pagina di Stripe, che ha la sua informativa privacy.

The website doesn't use profiling cookies or analytics. We only store the language you picked (IT/EN) in your browser so the site opens in the right language: it's a technical setting and needs no consent.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps map: when the page opens, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Payment takes place on Stripe's page, which has its own privacy policy.

We protect your data with appropriate measures: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS); payments happen entirely on Stripe's platform, which is PCI DSS certified, and we never see your card details; the accounts we use to manage data (Stripe, email, invoicing) are protected by passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.

Only the founders of The English Hub and our accountant can access your data, and only for the purposes described here. If a data breach affecting you ever occurs, we will tell you and, where required, notify the Garante within 72 hours.
