2Abbonamenti e cosa includonoMemberships and what they include
The English Hub è uno spazio sociale per praticare l'inglese, non una scuola: non rilasciamo certificati né garantiamo un determinato livello di apprendimento.
Standard
- accesso all'hub negli orari di apertura (lun–ven, 12:30–19:30), con un coach presente;
- passeggiate mattutine in inglese;
- tariffa soci per le lezioni 1-1.
Premium
- tutto quello incluso in Standard;
- gli eventi serali del lunedì, del mercoledì e del sabato, che cambiano di settimana in settimana;
- una tariffa soci più bassa per le lezioni 1-1.
Il calendario aggiornato delle attività è pubblicato sul sito. Le consumazioni al bar non sono incluse, salvo dove diversamente indicato.
L'abbonamento è personale e non può essere ceduto o condiviso.
The English Hub is a social space for practising English, not a school: we don't issue certificates or guarantee a particular level of progress.
Standard
- access to the hub during opening hours (Mon–Fri, 12:30–19:30), with a coach present;
- morning walks in English;
- the member rate for 1-1 lessons.
Premium
- everything in Standard;
- the evening events on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, which change from week to week;
- a lower member rate for 1-1 lessons.
The current schedule is published on the website. Drinks and food from the bar are not included unless stated otherwise.
Your membership is personal and can't be transferred or shared.

Offerta soci fondatori. Per i primi iscritti il primo mese costa €44 (Standard) o €63 (Premium). Dal secondo mese si applica il prezzo pieno. L'offerta è valida fino a esaurimento o fino alla data indicata sul sito e non è cumulabile con altre promozioni.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di ogni onere. [Da confermare con la commercialista: in regime forfettario l'IVA non viene applicata ai sensi dell'art. 1, commi 54–89, L. 190/2014.]
Il pagamento degli abbonamenti avviene online tramite Stripe, con carta o addebito SEPA. Non conserviamo i dati della tua carta: li gestisce Stripe. Lezioni e ingressi singoli si possono pagare anche sul posto, con Satispay o carta.
Riceverai la ricevuta di ogni pagamento via email. Se ti serve una fattura, chiedila a info@theenglishhubs.com indicando i tuoi dati fiscali.

Founding member offer. For our first members, the first month costs €44 (Standard) or €63 (Premium). From the second month the full price applies. The offer runs while places last or until the date shown on the website, and can't be combined with other promotions.

Memberships are paid online through Stripe, by card or SEPA direct debit. We never store your card details; Stripe handles them. Lessons and single entries can also be paid on site with Satispay or card.
You'll receive a receipt by email for every payment. If you need an invoice (fattura), ask at info@theenglishhubs.com with your tax details.
4Rinnovo automatico e disdettaAutomatic renewal and cancelling
L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente ogni mese, nello stesso giorno del mese in cui ti sei iscritto, al prezzo pieno in vigore, finché non lo disdici.
Puoi disdire quando vuoi, senza penali, dal link nella ricevuta di Stripe o scrivendo a info@theenglishhubs.com prima della data di rinnovo.
Dopo la disdetta l'abbonamento resta attivo fino alla fine del mese già pagato e non viene più addebitato. Fuori dai casi di recesso (sezione 5), dalle chiusure prolungate (sezione 7) e dalla risoluzione da parte nostra (sezione 9), non rimborsiamo le frazioni di mese non utilizzate.
Se un pagamento non va a buon fine, Stripe riprova automaticamente nei giorni successivi. Se non riesce, l'abbonamento viene sospeso finché il pagamento non viene regolarizzato.
Se cambiamo i prezzi, ti avvisiamo via email almeno 30 giorni prima. Il nuovo prezzo si applica dal primo rinnovo successivo a quei 30 giorni, e nel frattempo puoi disdire senza costi.
Your membership renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month you joined, at the full current price, until you cancel.
You can cancel any time, with no penalty, from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing info@theenglishhubs.com before your renewal date.
After you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be charged again. Apart from withdrawal (section 5), extended closures (section 7) and termination by us (section 9), we don't refund unused parts of a month.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over the following days. If it still fails, your membership is paused until the payment is settled.
If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first renewal after those 30 days, and in the meantime you can cancel at no cost.
5Diritto di recesso (14 giorni)Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Se sei un consumatore e acquisti online, hai diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni dalla sua conclusione, senza dover dare alcuna motivazione (artt. 52 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Per esercitarlo, inviaci una dichiarazione esplicita entro il termine, per esempio un'email a info@theenglishhubs.com. Puoi anche usare il modulo di recesso qui sotto, ma non è obbligatorio.
Se inizi a usare l'hub subito
Al momento dell'acquisto ci chiedi espressamente di iniziare a fornire il servizio subito, durante il periodo di recesso. Se poi recedi entro i 14 giorni, ti rimborsiamo l'importo pagato meno una quota proporzionale ai giorni in cui l'abbonamento è stato attivo fino alla tua comunicazione (art. 57, comma 3).
Quando il recesso non si applica
- gli ingressi singoli a eventi in una data precisa (art. 59, lett. n);
- le lezioni 1-1 già svolte interamente, se avevi chiesto di svolgerle entro i 14 giorni (art. 59, lett. a).
Il rimborso avviene con lo stesso metodo di pagamento usato, entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della tua comunicazione.
If you're a consumer buying online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason (Articles 52 onwards of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the deadline, for example an email to info@theenglishhubs.com. You can use the withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
If you start using the hub straight away
When you buy, you expressly ask us to start providing the service immediately, during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus an amount proportional to the days your membership was active up to when you told us (Art. 57(3)).
When withdrawal doesn't apply
- single-entry tickets to an event on a specific date (Art. 59(n));
- 1-1 lessons that have already taken place in full, if you asked for them to happen within the 14 days (Art. 59(a)).
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
6Lezioni 1-1 e ingressi singoli1-1 lessons and single entries
Le lezioni 1-1 si prenotano dal sito. Puoi spostarle o annullarle gratuitamente fino a 24 ore prima. Con un preavviso più breve, o se non ti presenti, la lezione si considera svolta e viene addebitata.
Se siamo noi ad annullare una lezione, puoi scegliere se recuperarla o essere rimborsato.
Gli ingressi singoli valgono per l'evento e la data indicati. Se annulliamo l'evento, ti rimborsiamo.
1-1 lessons are booked through the website. You can move or cancel them free of charge up to 24 hours before. With shorter notice, or if you don't show up, the lesson counts as taken and is charged.
If we cancel a lesson, you choose whether to reschedule it or get a refund.
Single entries are valid for the event and date shown. If we cancel the event, we refund you.
7Orari, eventi e chiusureHours, events and closures
Possiamo modificare orari, programma e conduttori degli eventi, avvisandoti con ragionevole anticipo sul sito, sui social o via email. Questo non dà diritto a un rimborso, purché il servizio resti sostanzialmente quello del tuo abbonamento.
Le chiusure per festività o ferie vengono comunicate almeno 7 giorni prima e sono già considerate nel prezzo.
Se l'hub resta chiuso per più di 7 giorni consecutivi senza preavviso per cause che dipendono da noi, ti riconosciamo uno sconto proporzionale sul mese successivo o, se preferisci, un rimborso.
Se un cambiamento riduce in modo sostanziale quello che hai acquistato, puoi disdire subito e ti rimborsiamo la parte di mese non goduta.
We may change opening hours, the event programme and who hosts events, giving reasonable notice on the website, on social media or by email. This doesn't entitle you to a refund, as long as the service stays substantially what your membership includes.
Closures for public holidays or breaks are announced at least 7 days in advance and are already factored into the price.
If the hub is closed for more than 7 consecutive days without notice for reasons within our control, we'll give you a proportional discount on the following month or, if you prefer, a refund.
If a change substantially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel straight away and we'll refund the unused part of the month.
8La ClHub e la tessera ARCIThe ClHub and the ARCI card
Le nostre attività si svolgono nei locali di The ClHub, un circolo affiliato ARCI. Per accedere ai locali può essere richiesta la tessera ARCI, che viene rilasciata dal circolo secondo le sue regole e con un costo a parte. [Da confermare con Federico: costo della tessera e chi la rilascia.]
Dentro la ClHub valgono anche il regolamento del circolo e le indicazioni del suo personale. Il bar è gestito dalla ClHub.
Our activities take place at The ClHub, an ARCI-affiliated club. To enter the premises you may need an ARCI membership card, issued by the club under its own rules and at a separate cost. [To confirm with Federico: card cost and who issues it.]
Inside the ClHub, the club's own rules and its staff's instructions also apply. The bar is run by the ClHub.
9Regole dell'hubHouse rules
L'hub funziona se tutti si sentono a proprio agio. Ti chiediamo di:
- trattare con rispetto gli altri soci, il team e il personale della ClHub;
- avere cura degli spazi, dei giochi e dei libri;
- evitare comportamenti molesti, discriminatori o pericolosi;
- non presentarti in stato di ubriachezza.
In caso di violazioni gravi o ripetute possiamo sospendere o chiudere il tuo abbonamento, dopo averti avvisato, salvo che la gravità richieda un intervento immediato. In questo caso ti rimborsiamo la parte di mese non goduta.
The hub works when everyone feels comfortable. We ask you to:
- treat other members, our team and the ClHub staff with respect;
- take care of the space, the games and the books;
- avoid harassing, discriminatory or dangerous behaviour;
- not turn up drunk.
For serious or repeated breaches we may suspend or end your membership, after warning you, unless the seriousness calls for immediate action. In that case we refund the unused part of the month.
10Passeggiate mattutineMorning walks
Le passeggiate si svolgono all'aperto, su percorsi pubblici a ritmo tranquillo, guidate da un membro del nostro team. Ti chiediamo di indossare abbigliamento e scarpe adeguati, rispettare il codice della strada e seguire le indicazioni dell'accompagnatore. Possiamo annullare, accorciare o modificare il percorso in caso di maltempo o per ragioni di sicurezza.
Dichiarazione di consapevolezza dei rischi
Partecipando a una passeggiata dichiari che:
- sai che si tratta di un'attività fisica all'aperto, su strade, marciapiedi e parchi pubblici, aperti al traffico e ad altre persone, in orari in cui la luce può essere scarsa e il fondo bagnato o irregolare;
- sei consapevole dei rischi normalmente legati a questo tipo di attività, come cadute, distorsioni, affaticamento e rischi legati al traffico e al meteo;
- sei in condizioni di salute adatte a camminare a passo sostenuto per circa un'ora e non hai controindicazioni mediche a farlo; se hai dubbi, ti sei consultato con il tuo medico;
- ci informerai prima di partire di qualsiasi condizione che possa influire sulla tua sicurezza durante la passeggiata, e ti fermerai o rallenterai se non ti senti bene;
- seguirai le indicazioni dell'accompagnatore, resterai con il gruppo, rispetterai il codice della strada e attraverserai solo dove e quando è sicuro farlo;
- indosserai abbigliamento e calzature adatti al percorso e al meteo.
Questa dichiarazione non limita in alcun modo i diritti che la legge ti riconosce in caso di danno: serve a garantire che tu partecipi informato e in sicurezza. Il mancato rispetto di questi impegni può essere considerato concorso di colpa ai sensi dell'art. 1227 del Codice Civile.
Walks take place outdoors, on public routes, at a relaxed pace, led by a member of our team. Please wear suitable clothes and shoes, follow traffic rules and follow the leader's directions. We may cancel, shorten or change the route because of bad weather or for safety reasons.
Informed risk declaration
By joining a walk, you declare that:
- you know it is an outdoor physical activity on public streets, pavements and parks, open to traffic and other people, at times when light may be poor and the ground wet or uneven;
- you are aware of the risks normally involved in this kind of activity, such as falls, sprains, fatigue, and risks from traffic and weather;
- your health allows you to walk at a steady pace for about an hour and you have no medical reason not to; if in doubt, you have checked with your doctor;
- you will tell us before setting off about any condition that could affect your safety on the walk, and you will stop or slow down if you feel unwell;
- you will follow the leader's directions, stay with the group, follow the traffic rules and only cross where and when it is safe;
- you will wear clothing and footwear suited to the route and the weather.
This declaration does not limit any rights the law gives you if you are harmed: it is there to make sure you take part informed and safely. Not keeping to these commitments may count as contributory fault under Article 1227 of the Italian Civil Code.
11ResponsabilitàLiability
Rispondiamo dei danni causati da nostro dolo o colpa grave, e in ogni caso dei danni alla persona, nei limiti previsti dalla legge. Nulla in questi termini limita i tuoi diritti di consumatore.
Per quanto consentito dalla legge (art. 1229 c.c.), non rispondiamo:
- della perdita o del danneggiamento di oggetti personali lasciati incustoditi;
- di interruzioni del servizio dovute a cause che non dipendono da noi, come guasti dei locali, provvedimenti delle autorità o eventi di forza maggiore.
Rispondi dei danni che causi volontariamente o per negligenza agli spazi, alle attrezzature o ad altre persone.
We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and in any case for personal injury, within the limits set by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
As far as the law allows (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), we are not liable for:
- loss of or damage to personal belongings left unattended;
- interruptions to the service caused by things outside our control, such as problems with the premises, decisions by the authorities or force majeure.
You are liable for damage you cause, deliberately or through negligence, to the space, the equipment or other people.
12MinoriUnder 18s
Gli abbonamenti sono pensati per adulti. Un minore di 18 anni può partecipare solo se l'abbonamento è acquistato da un genitore o tutore, che accetta questi termini per suo conto e ne è responsabile. Agli eventi serali con alcolici non si servono bevande alcoliche ai minori.
Memberships are designed for adults. Someone under 18 can take part only if a parent or guardian buys the membership, accepts these terms on their behalf and takes responsibility for them. No alcohol is served to under 18s at evening events.
13Foto, video e privacyPhotos, videos and privacy
A volte facciamo foto e video degli eventi per i nostri canali social. Pubblichiamo immagini in cui sei riconoscibile solo con il tuo consenso, che puoi dare o revocare in qualsiasi momento. Se non vuoi essere ripreso, diccelo pure: nessun problema.
Trattiamo i tuoi dati personali secondo il GDPR (Reg. UE 2016/679), come spiegato nell'[link all'informativa privacy].
We sometimes take photos and videos at events for our social media. We only publish images in which you can be recognised with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time. If you'd rather not be filmed, just tell us.

14Modifiche ai terminiChanges to these terms
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini, per esempio per nuovi servizi o cambiamenti di legge. Le modifiche che ti riguardano ti vengono comunicate via email almeno 30 giorni prima di entrare in vigore. Se non le accetti, puoi disdire prima di quella data senza costi. La versione in vigore è sempre quella pubblicata su questa pagina.
We may update these terms, for example for new services or changes in the law. Changes that affect you are emailed at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't accept them, you can cancel before that date at no cost. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
15Legge applicabile, reclami e foroGoverning law, complaints and courts
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi reclamo scrivici a info@theenglishhubs.com: rispondiamo entro 14 giorni.
Se sei un consumatore, per le controversie è competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedi (art. 66-bis Codice del Consumo). Puoi anche ricorrere a procedure di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie (ADR) previste dal Codice del Consumo.
Questi termini sono redatti in italiano e in inglese. In caso di differenze prevale la versione italiana.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any complaint, email us at info@theenglishhubs.com and we'll reply within 14 days.
If you're a consumer, disputes go to the court of the place where you live (Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code). You can also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by the Consumer Code.
These terms are written in Italian and English. If the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
16Approvazione specificaSpecific approval
Ai sensi degli artt. 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile, al momento dell'acquisto approvi specificamente le seguenti clausole: 4 (rinnovo automatico e mancato rimborso delle frazioni di mese), 6 (addebito delle lezioni annullate con meno di 24 ore di preavviso), 7 (modifiche di orari ed eventi), 9 (sospensione e chiusura dell'abbonamento), 10 (dichiarazione di consapevolezza dei rischi per le passeggiate), 11 (limitazioni di responsabilità), 14 (modifiche ai termini).
Under Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, when you buy you specifically approve the following clauses: 4 (automatic renewal and no refund of partial months), 6 (charging for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice), 7 (changes to hours and events), 9 (suspension and termination of membership), 10 (informed risk declaration for the walks), 11 (limitations of liability), 14 (changes to the terms).
